Complying with the Pulwama terror strike in which 40 CRPF jawans were killed, the film wing of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Saturday asked music label firms to stop working with Pakistani vocalists.
 
"We have vocally communicated to Indian songs business like T-Series, Sony Songs, Venus, Tips Songs etc to not collaborate with Pakistani vocalists. These firms must stop it right away or we will certainly do something about it in our very own design," Amey Khopkar, head of the MNS Chitrapat Sena told PTI.
 
Recently, Bhushan Kumar's T-Series had worked together with Rahat Fateh Ali Khan as well as Atif Aslam for two different songs.
 
"They have actually eliminated their songs (from the company’s YouTube channel) blog post our caution," Khopkar asserted.
 
In 2016, after the Uri strikes, the Raj Thackeray-led celebration had likewise set a 48-hour deadline for all Pakistani artists operating in India to leave the nation.
