Actor Hugh Jackman has made a stunning admission that he was "having a hard time" as well as "nervous" when he had actually started filming "X-Men" back in the year 2000.
Speaking at the Producers Guild Awards, the 48-year-old Australian star disclosed that the workshop was not going gaga over his performance as Wolverine when the very first film of the Wonder franchise business started firing about 18 years back, reported E! Information.
Jackman said, "I was type of having a hard time, to be honest. It was the first flick I had ever before performed in America. I was quite tight. I fidgeted. I was average, to be honest, at ideal."
It was a turn-around for the Australian star when workshop executive Tom Rothman rested down with him about a month into the capturing of the movie.
The "Wolverine" celebrity admitted, "He told me that he relied on me, that from the moment he'd seen my tape he had a gut feeling I was the man, however seeing my dailies was like enjoying somebody placed a lamp shade over a light."
With things turning in Jackman's favour with time, he is good to go to stand for his last outing as the adamantium-clawed mutant in "Logan" which releases on March 3.
